We used to come here when our kids were younger so, we were really looking forward to sharing a fun family memory with our granddaughter. I wish I would have seen the reviews before we spent over $120. It's sooo disheartening to see what one was such a fun family place go downhill. We were there around 5:30 pm on a Saturday. We were a little surprised there wasn't a line as we experienced in the past. When we got to n the buffet, we quickly realized why it wasn't busy. You'd think since it's the start of the evening that everything would be restocked and fresh from the day. NOPE‼️ Almost everything was empty. The counter areas around the food area had food all over the place, there was no silverware and the pasta they did have looked like had been there all day. We sat in the Toon room because we thought our 2yr old granddaughter would enjoy it, but we were disgusted as to how dirty everything was and all the bench seats were torn up. The whole dining experience was an absolute nightmare and waste of money. The place looked like an apocalypse hit it. If you go and have to use the restroom, you're better off leaving and going next door to Walmart.

6/30/2026 This place has really gone downhill. I've been coming here since 2004. I practically grew up hereβ€”I had dates here, celebrated my kids' birthdays here, and have watched it slowly decline over the years. The food, hospitality, and overall service have become a shadow of what they once were. I've worked in a restaurant before, so I know that if management saw a team acting the way the staff was that day, or saw how the buffet was being maintained, there would have been write-ups everywhere. It's heartbreaking to see what was once such a popular spot fall this far. Whoever was in charge of Toon Town that day did an awful job. Aside from about three tables, nearly every table was dirty. They were sticky and covered with stacks of plates, sauce, and leftover food. The one bright spot was the hostess, who went above and beyond by helping bus tables even though it didn't seem like it was her responsibility. She deserves recognition. The buffet was disappointing. Many items were running low, there was dried-up ice cream on the floor, the dessert selection was minimal, and the drink station had dried residue around the dispensers. We had to ask for a pizza, and the employee making

June 2026 This was my third time going. It was around 11 am. The employees at entrance were friendly. There was no pizza variety for a while. No desserts except cookies and ice cream machines were out of order. Definitely not a good experience this time. Surprisingly all the games and rides were working.

Our first visit today and it was absolutely wonderful. We came with our family this morning at 11am and the 2 ladies at the entrance were so helpful and kind. Then food was perfect for our kiddos and the adults too. Kiara was just a beautiful ray of sunshine. She greeted us, helped us with the trays and was checking in on us when we would come by to get more food. Kiara's Customer Service skills are Amazing!! Thank you for giving us such a great time!!

They still charge you $20+ to get in for the buffet which i must say was sadly disappointing they had absolutely nothing out or appealing to choose from. Maybe because we came on a friday evening. (Nope I found out this is the setup) They no longer serve meat except for the meatballs that look dry and the fried chicken you can order for $1.99. John's was an incredible disappointment. Then over to the game section it was nothing spectacular some games down, only able to do 1 ride. Went in with high expectations and left wondering did I just get ripped off......🀨🀨🀨😐😐😬😬
